I'm taking a class Italian team, but nothing is sticking with me, any ideas on how I can remember the words?

I want a really good answer for you, but I have the same problem you do. No matter what I tried, I could not learn Spanish or French from a CD. But I went to Paris for work, and while I was there, my best French I could always get who do not speak English to me. A total immersion in the language that seems to work very well. I hope this helps.
